Connect contract terms with completed work and billing.
The contract sets the rules of cooperation, and delivery data shows what needs to be billed. Vector ERP takes the case from quote to payment and suggests the next step at every stage.

One view from quote to payment
Every case has a stage and a next step: creating the contract, billing periods, approving a period, the invoice and following the payment. You can see where the process stands.
Agreements and annexes
A contract links the client, the project, the term and the rates. Annexes have their own status, and agreements expiring within 30 days are flagged in advance.
Completed work as the basis
Timesheets feed the contract's billing period. A missing rate shows up before the period is approved, not on the invoice.

From period to invoice
An approved period is the source of the invoice. For hourly and mixed billing the system prepares it automatically; handling the document is a separate stage.
