What this website does not do
It stores no cookies and nothing in browser storage. It uses no analytics or advertising tools. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from external servers, so no third party sees your visit.
We do not profile visitors and we make no automated decisions about anyone.
Server logs
Every visit leaves an entry in the server logs. Recorded are: the IP address, date and time, the address of the page visited, the response code, browser information and the address you arrived from, where the browser supplied it.
We use this data to keep the site running, to recognise a failure and to count visits. Statistics are produced in aggregate only — we build no profiles of individuals.
The basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the security and stable operation of the service, and knowing which content visitors actually need.
Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Contact form
The form is currently switched off and accepts no enquiries. The description below applies once it is enabled.
The form will collect: first name, company name, email address, optionally a phone number, the selected area of interest, a description of the need and information about systems used so far.
The data will serve only to answer the enquiry and to discuss possible cooperation. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, being steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, together with Article 6(1)(f), our interest in conducting business correspondence.
Enquiries arrive in the operator's mailbox. The website stores none of them in a database of its own. We keep them for as long as handling the matter requires, and afterwards for the limitation period of any claims arising from the conversation or contract.
Who processes the data on our behalf
The site runs on Google Cloud infrastructure: the application on Cloud Run in the Warsaw region, traffic through a Google load balancer, logs in Cloud Logging. The operator's mail is run by Google Workspace.
We pass the data to no other recipients and we sell it to nobody.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability.
Write to the address given above — we will answer without undue delay.
If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
