VECTOR ERP / Integrations

Connect Vector ERP with your business data and tools.

An implementation can include systems you already use. We establish where data should come from, where it should go and how to check that the exchange is correct.

01

File imports and exports

Transferring data in an agreed format can be appropriate for periodic operations. One example is importing a statement as the basis for payment processing.

02

API integration

If an external system provides a suitable interface, we analyse the scope and method of connection. Data availability and responsibility for errors are agreed for each integration.

03

Data migration for launch

Moving the required data is a separate task: mapping, a trial and verification of the result. A one-off migration does not mean ongoing synchronisation.

04

Areas to discuss

The scope of connections follows your organisation's process and tools.

  • Bank statements — transactions for payment processing
  • Documents and KSeF — the scope needed for invoicing
  • Sales, delivery, HR and finance — exchange with current tools
  • Analysis — data sources and the required views of the data
05

An integration should support a specific stage of work

We answer five questions for each connection.

  • Which system is the data source?
  • What information are we exchanging?
  • How often is data transferred?
  • Who resolves errors?
  • How do we check that the transfer is complete?
